RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your NERI purchase. If something 
isn't right, we're here to help.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU & UK CUSTOMERS)
Under EU and UK consumer law, you have the right to 
cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your 
product, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at 
hello@neriskincare.com within 14 days of delivery. 
We will provide return instructions.

Products must be returned unused, in their original 
sealed packaging. Return shipping costs are the 
customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty 
or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving 
the returned item, to the original payment method.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the 
wrong item, please email hello@neriskincare.com with 
your order number and a photo within 7 days of 
delivery. We will resolve this at no cost to you.

EXCEPTIONS
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns 
on opened or used skincare products, unless faulty.
